I’ve integrated many healthy habits over the past years, and among them, meditation has been a valuable addition to my day to day. I, like many, was intimidated by meditation both as a student and teacher for a long time.
Eventually my savasanas lengthened, mindful breaks were taken during the day, and before long I was sitting to meditate on the regular.
